About Us

Dr Slawomir Stobiecki is best known as “Slavek” to friends and patients. Slavek graduated in Katowice, Poland in 2000 and has been living in England since 2005, always along the gorgeous Hampshire coastline.

Ever since he was 12 years old, he knew he wanted to be a dentist, and still has a real passion for dentistry. Slavek is a member of the British Dental Association, British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and International Team for Implantology.

Over the years he have developed a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and minimally invasive dentistry. With a focus on prevention, Slavek believes he has a gentle, caring approach to the dental health of his patients. He also ensures the practice always uses the latest techniques and the highest quality materials in order to deliver the best possible treatment outcomes.

He is passionate about working closely with patients to give them the smile they have always wished for, and he loves seeing the positive impact this has on their life and wellbeing. Working alongside his great team, we have perfected our patient journey to ensure we provide the best possible treatment to every patient that walks through our door.

Slavek’s diary is available for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Manpreet qualified as a dentist from the University of Manchester in 2011 and went on to gain MJDF Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2012. Shortly after graduating he developed an interest in the field of endodontics after attending a number of short courses. This led him to undertake a 3-year postgraduate course at Queen Mary University, culminating in the award of a Master’s degree with Merit.

After working in London for a number of years, he has now returned to his hometown of Southampton. Manpreet takes great pride in the quality of his treatment and works closely with colleagues to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to achieve the best results for patients. He carries out all aspects of general dentistry but has special interest in endodontics. He places a lot of importance on patient comfort during root canal treatment by using modern, state of the art equipment and techniques to provide high quality treatment.

Manpreet is a member of the British Endodontic Society and European Society of Endodontology, and keeps abreast of the latest developments by regularly attending national and international conferences.

Manpreet’s diary is available for appointments on Thursday’s, Friday’s and alternate Saturday’s.

Krupesh graduated from Newcastle University in 2016. Since his qualification, he has worked in many areas of the UK including Berkshire and London. He has completed many postgraduate courses, including a year-long restorative course to further his development within aesthetic and minimally invasive dentistry for which he has a passion for.

Kru is also an Invisalign provider and particularly enjoys composite bonding which is used to enhance patients smiles. He also helps supervise teaching of dental photography and composite techniques. He is a friendly and caring dentist who enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and likes to build trust and positive relationships with his patients to ensure they have the best possible experience he can offer. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, travelling and food.

Jess has worked in the dental industry for over 7 years working in a range of different practices as a dental nurse. She is a hardworking and positive person that always has a smile on her face. She has a warm character which helps patients feel at ease when discussing treatments which may otherwise seem daunting or confusing. ‍ She joined the team in January 2021 as our Treatment Co-Ordinator, before this she was providing reception cover. She liked the practice so much she decided to stay and work here. Jess is qualified in advance cosmetic procedures such as anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers and much more. She is very passionate about skin care. ‍ Outside of work, she enjoys paddle boarding, walking her dog and cooking. She’s always on the lookout for a new healthy recipe.

Joanne is our newest Hygiene Therapist at Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic. With extensive experience in preventive dentistry, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments, she is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve and maintain excellent oral health.

She takes a gentle yet thorough approach, focusing on patient comfort and education. Joanne works closely with her patients to improve oral hygiene habits, treat gum disease, and restore dental function where needed. Her calm and caring manner helps even the most nervous patients feel relaxed and confident in the chair.

Joanne is dedicated to providing personalised care that goes beyond the dental chair. She believes in empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to maintain healthy gums and teeth for life.

Outside of the clinic, Joanne enjoys keeping active, spending time with family and friends, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in dental hygiene and therapy.

Her goal is simple — to create a positive dental experience and help every patient leave with a brighter, healthier smile.

Jaminie qualified from Birmingham University in 2006 and prides herself in advising her patients to take control of their oral health by providing them with a personalised hygiene treatment plan. In her spare time she goes to the gym, enjoys cooking and going on adventures with her husband and two children.

Jade joined Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic in January 2022. She has NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. As an experienced Reception host, she is an organised, friendly and approachable member of the team, who is always keen to assist patients and staff. Jade normally works Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and is here to help book you in for appointments with our Clinicians.

Anna has been a qualified dental nurse since 2010. She joined our team at Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic in September 2022. Anna usually works in the surgery with Dr Slavek, and is currently training to become a Treatment Coordinator. She is a very positive and friendly person, who is passionate for cosmetic dentistry, implants and surgical extractions.

Anna loves interacting with patients and is always keen to help others and to learn new things. Originally from Poland, Anna moved to UK in 2005.

Anna loves cooking, reading books and walking.

Lucy qualified as a Dental Nurse at Eastleigh College in 2018. Since Lucy was young she has always strived to help and support others. Since qualifying, she went on to complete a Patient Coordinator course alongside many others to expand her knowledge in the dental profession. She has been a member of the practice since January 2024 as a Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator and is working towards a qualification in Dental Radiography. Alongside this Lucy occasionally works as a Dental Nurse for NHS 111 triaging, supporting patients and assessing their dental needs over the phone. In her free time Lucy enjoys spending time with her friends, family and taking her Boxer Dog Jessie for long forest walks.
